CPC Meeting began at 7:02pm
Members Present:
Kenny Mitchell, Tom Hickey, Bob Overholtzer, John Kemmett, Laura Fitzgerald-Kemmett, Bob Sears, Joe Gamache and Patty Norton.

Allan Clemons, Tricia Marini (? sp name)

NEW BUSINESS:
First Congregational Church in Hanson – Pre-Application – Robert Cox
Patty Norton reported that Robert Cox is researching their records to find the deed.
Town Forest/Outdoor Recreation Area
Laura Fitzgerald-Kemmett and members spoke with Ron San Angelo regarding that the land already approved and placed into Conservation. Discussion regarding easement to be drafted/filed which would alleviate the closing and re-opening of the warrant. Ron will bring this topic up in his monthly held on the 16th of this month.
Camp Kiwanee-North End Cabin Repair and Restoration Pre-Application – Jim Flanagan

CPC will keep this as a bookmark on the agenda until Laura speaks to CPA regarding deed.
MISCELLANEOUS:
- John Kemmett will be absent for several meetings going forward as he is attending night classes.
- Town of Hanson phone lines are upgrading, so Patty will check to see if anything was changed for the CPC phone line.
CPC APPLICATION:
Tom Hickey created the first draft of new CPC application and members reviewed it during meeting; will take several edits before completing.
